Ofran Plus - extended rental plan

You can upgrade your car rental order to the extended rental program "Ofran Plus," which includes:


◾ A 50% discount on cancellation fees
if you cancel the car rental up to 24 hours before pickup.

◾ Exemption from charges abroad (up to a cumulative amount of $2,500) 

In case you are charged by the rental company due to one or more of the following cases only:

•    Accidental damage to the vehicle or theft of the vehicle.
•    Damage to tires.
•    Damage to windows and mirrors.
•    Damage to the clutch and battery.
•    Damage to the vehicle's undercarriage (when driving on a paved road).
•    Loss of the vehicle keys.

If the rental company has charged you on your credit card, subject to the full terms of the "Ofran Plus" program detailed in section 6 of the rental voucher terms, you will receive a refund from Ofran.

The refund will be processed within 14 working days from the date Ofran (or its representative) receives all the required details, in the booking payment currency based on the actual charge amount by the credit card company. The refund amount will not exceed the charge amount collected by the rental company and will not exceed $2,500 in total

It is important to attach to the form the car rental agreement with the vehicle supplier and proof of charge from the rental company.

For your information, some rental companies and third parties offer additional paid exemptions or refunds for some of the situations listed above. Please note not to add extras you do not need, as no credit or refund will be given for them.
